On March 3-4, 2025, the Division of Student Support and Development held a workshop to “Develop and Build a Junior Master Trainer (JMT) Network.”. The session brought together 49 students to enhance their skills in leadership, teamwork, and designing activities for new students. Through practical workshops and team-building exercises, participants developed strong communication skills and designed creative and effective welcoming activities. The initiative successfully created a network of student leaders prepared to collaborate and elevate the quality of university events, with plans for future training to expand the network.
